Every year after completion of admission of FYBPTh students, a short orientation programme is arranged for the students as well as their parents/guardians.

A welcome address is given by the Principal and students are made aware of the facilities provided by the College and University as well as the BPTh curriculum and syllabus. They are also introduced to the teaching and non teaching faculty members.

They are also informed about various scholarship programs and other facilities in the campus like canteen, medical, pharmacy, Library, sports etc.

Students with sensitive issues like anxiety, depression, exam stress, coping stress are guided to on-campus/external psychiatrist/counceller, as per individual preference. Parents are involved in the process of this additional support.

Students and parents are also introduced to special programs like mentorship, peer mentoring and buddy system to help them cope through upcoming academic challenges.

Similar meetings are arranged for the second, third and fourth year physiotherapy students at the start of each academic year programme. Students and faculty members are present in the designated college space , while parents are encouraged to join online.

Individual class coordinator conducts the programme and informs the students regarding their theory, practical and clinical schedules and routines. Information is also shared regarding their programme outcomes along with individual course description and objectives.
