Eligibility Criteria
- Admission eligibility for this course is passing of Master of Physiotherapy(M.P.T) of MUHS or other UGC recognised university.
- Admission to the course is on the basis of merit; according to the results of Common Entrance Test, PET examination conducted by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS)

- Ph.D admissions are through PET examination of MUHS and the list of selected candidates is sent by MUHS

- Certificate of Age, Domicile & Nationality
- S.S.C. Passing certificate
- H.S.C. Passing certificate
- B.P.Th Degree Certificate
- M.P.T Degree Certificate
- Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
- Gap Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- OT / PT Council Certificate ( UG & PG)
- Aadhar Card ( Attested Photocopy )
- Caste Certificate
- Caste Validity Certificate -Mandatory
- Non Creamy layer Certificate ( If Applicable)
- NEFT receipt copy for payment to MUHS
- NOC from in Service Institute
- Marriage Cert. or Gazzette for Change of Name
- Status Retention
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- EWS Certificate ( if applicable)
- Registration form ( Annexure-C)
- 5 passport size photographs
