The World Physiotherapy Day is celebrated every year on 08th September. The day is opportunity for Physical Therapist from all over the World to raise awareness about the crucial contribution the profession makes to keep people well, mobile & independent.
This year theme for World Physical Therapy Day 2019 is chronic pain.K J Somaiya College of Physiotherapy is celebrating this day by increasing the awareness about chronic pain & the role of Physiotherapist in the management of chronic pain in nursing community & clerical staff of K J Somaiya Hospital. The event will include awareness lecture &demonstration of preventive exercises in targeted population.
