In today’s hi-tech and competitive learning environment, a well established library is the basic need of the undergraduate, postgraduate students, research scholars and faculty members. Our air conditioned library is well equipped with vast and rich collection of books, national and international journals, magazines related to physiotherapy subject. ... library subscribes 13 international, 1 national journal and 1 magazine for the benefit of students and faculty. library follows an open access system. Projects & Dissertations of senior students are made available for students. Human bones are also available in the library. The library is supervised by a committee consisting of the librarian and other members from the faculty. Our library remains open till 6:30 PM for reading. Students can use Central library (Medical College library) which is open 24x7. All the activities of library are automated with the help of ‘Bookworm’ software, including issuing of books with bar code scanner. Students can search the library collection on internet by using Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC)and know the availability of a particular book. They can also reissue or reserve any particular book through Somaiya portal.
